With a dream that started at the age of 13, driven with lifelong love for hair, and passion for personalized care, I am someone who will prioritize you and your curls. Think of me as your edgy, detail oriented, curl-obsessed best friend who lives for transforming hair while keeping you totally comfortable. With a little bit of plant-loving, cloud-gazing energy and a lot of artistic flair, I craft personalized experiences that make you feel seen. I'm not just going to cut your curls-I'm going to teach you everything about them.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the following cancellation charges:
No-Show
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in charging 100% of service cost.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

At moss x mane, we understand things happen—traffic, lost keys, or a hectic day. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to ensure we can still deliver the quality you expect without affecting our next client. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be subject to our cancellation fee.

All New client curly cuts require and $50 Deposit to secure appointment, this charge will go towards your service total.
All curly clients that have not been in my chair in more than 8 months cannot book a curly-to-go, and must book a full curly cut. A curly cut to-go is meant to slightly reshape your curls in between full cuts to give your curls a little reset before your next appointment.
If you have not been in my chair in 10 months, you must book as a new client. You and your hair will need a little extra time and love now that you are back in my chair.

All clients are encouraged to wash/restyle their hair a minimum of 2 times within a 2 week time frame post haircut. this will show you how your hair is responding to your new cut and style. Free adjustments are available up until that 2 week time frame post haircut.

No refunds will be issued. If there is something that needs to be tweaked or adjusted, reach out about a free adjustment. If you simply changed your mind and want something else post haircut/service, that will require you to book a whole new appointment, Due to the change of goals.

I reserve the right to turn away any client looking for chemical services who comes in with hair that is over proceeded or damaged. I care about you and the health of your hair and will keep both top priority.

Friday, Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Every other Sunday: 11:00am-3:00pm
