  • CURLY CLIENTS:

    As a curly specialist, I cut your hair dry in its natural state to create a custom shape designed just for you. To make the most of your appointment, please follow these guidelines: 

    No manipulation: No ponytails, buns, braids, twists before your appointment.

    Minimal product: Arrive with hair washed 1-2 days prior to appointment, using minimal product.

    Down, Dry, and Detangled: Hair must be worn down, 100% dry, and thoroughly detangled.

    No time to detangle? Let me help you! By booking the detangling add on to your service, this automatically extends your appointment time to allow that extra care to go into your detangling. Not everyone has the time and energy to detangle properly before their service, let me make your life easier by doing it for you! If detangling add on is not added to appointment when you book, but is needed, it will be added on to your service, or you will have to reschedule your appointment due to schedule restrictions.

    NON CURLY CLIENTS: Please arrive with dry, clean, detangled hair. Prepare for possible dry cutting prior to shampoo and style.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the following cancellation charges:

    No-Show

    Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

    Cancellations

    A minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Failure to do so will result in charging 100% of service cost.

    Rescheduling

    Rescheduling occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  • At moss x mane, we understand things happen—traffic, lost keys, or a hectic day. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to ensure we can still deliver the quality you expect without affecting our next client. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be subject to our cancellation fee

    NORTH ENTRANCE ACCESS (Through the parking lot)

    • Buzz Salon Eighty 8 on intercom (Look up in directory)

    • Take the first set of stairs into main part of building.

    • Take the C-Wing freight elevator (on your right) to the 3rd floor.

    • Walk straight down the hall.

    • We are located in the second-to-last suite on the right

      SOUTH ENTRANCE (S Canalport)

    • Buzz Salon Eighty 8 on intercom (look up in directory)

    • Go up the stairs.

    • Turn left and go straight towards the directory screen.

    • Pass the silver normal safe looking elevator.

    • Turn right, then left.

    • Continue straight to the C-Wing freight elevator.

    • Take freight elevator to third floor.

    • Walk straight down the hall.

    • We are located in the second-to-last suite on your right.

      If the elevator you are in seems safe and not scary, you are not in the right elevator lol


  • Paid Hourly Lot: Entrance Located to the right of the building on S Canalport.

    Metered Street Parking: Available directly in front of the building on S Canalport.

    Free Street Parking: Available on 21st Street and Morgan.

    Access: Use the North Entrance (walk through the parking lot) or the South Entrance (walk around to the front of the building).

  • Yes they are! Want to bring the salon to you? I am available to travel to your home, hotel, or venue upon request.

    • Bridal & Special Events: I specialize in on-location bridal styling, allowing you to relax on your special day.

    • Travel Fees: A travel and convenience fee applies to all house calls, calculated based on distance.

    • Service Limitations: To ensure the highest quality of work, certain intensive services may be limited to studio-only.
